About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Industrial Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development and strengthen client relationships in the industrial market. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, promoting solutions, and achieving sales goals through face-to-face interaction with customers across your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with industrial clients to expand market share.

  • Conduct onsite visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

  • Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close sales contracts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions as required.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas sectors.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory effectively.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of pumps, compressors, industrial equipment, or related products.

  • Existing customer base or industry contacts.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
