About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our client’s production team. This role plays a key part in improving manufacturing processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring product quality. The Manufacturing Engineer will work cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams to develop solutions that keep operations running smoothly and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.

  • Develop, test, and implement new tools, equipment, and workflows.

  • Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, process instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

  • Train production staff on new processes and equipment.

  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (entry-level candidates with internships will be considered).

  • Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with automation, robotics, or CNC equipment.

  • Project management experience.

  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
